How is the pasta prepared and delivered?

Our chefs hand-make all pasta and sauces from scratch every morning. Your meal kit is then chilled and delivered in insulated, recyclable packaging to ensure it arrives perfectly fresh at your doorstep.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you don't need to be home. Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your ingredients at the correct temperature for up to 24 hours. You can specify a safe place for our courier to leave your parcel during checkout.

How long does the pasta stay fresh?

Because we use no artificial preservatives, we recommend consuming your pasta within 3 days of delivery. Each pack is clearly labeled with a 'use by' date and storage instructions.

Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a delivery, pause your account, or cancel at any time, provided you do so before your weekly cutoff deadline.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, we always offer a vegetarian-friendly recipe each week. While many of our pastas are vegan-friendly, please check the specific ingredient list for each weekly menu as some traditional recipes contain egg.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
